What type of doctors travel with sports teams?

So if I want to become a doctor what type of doctors get to travel with sports teams.(ex basketball teams, football teams, soccer teams) how much do they get paid? is it hard to get those positions?

1. One kind of doctor that may travel with a sports team (such as a basketball team) would be a foot doctor called a Podiatrist.
