What should I call my new management team?

I am looking for a name for our new management team. Our organisational structure has now added an operational managers level which will join our Strategic Management Team (previously Senior Management Team incl. CEO, CFO & GM's). I need a new name for this combined team. We are a leadership organisation but do not wish to use Leadership Team as we want all staff to be leaders. Thanks.
