How will a team deal with a team member who will not cooperate with the team goals and objectives?

For instance, the team member who is perosnally offensive; or, the team member who is a social loafer?

1. most likely the team will loath and hate, and do what they can to make the rebelious team member's life miserable.
2. First off, is this a group that does homework together? You simply put everyone's name on the paper, but that person. Turn it in and see what happens. Or kick the person out of your group. If the person is discriminate, you file in your College's front office. THey will pull the person in and work them over. That will straighten them out immediately.
