Is this a real management team or another scam?

Has anyone heard of a management named World Entertainment Management? I googled them and their website (if thats them) is weird. It doesn't look like any of the other agent/management websites that I've seen. Are they a good team to work with? How do you reach someone there to make an appointment with them?

1. If you have to pay for them to manage you, its a scam .......
2. ppl fall for a lot of scams now days if you think somthing is fishy go with your feeling and dont let them scam you
3. Im not sure, but i would suggest to try and compare it to other management teams around the web.
