Why is it more important that americans learn how to participate in small work teams? at least 4 reasons?
At least four reasons for it to be steadily important that Americans learn to work well in small groups. Also a lest of two or more ethical principles for communicating in intercultural small groups. What would be a good scenario?

- The first reason you will work in small groups rather than large ones is that it is more effiecient. There is less confusion and it is easier to supervise/manage less people. If you can do the same job just as quickly with 4 people than you can with 5, why hire a 5th person. 1. More efficent 2. Less confusion 3. Cost effective(Although this goes hand in hand with #1.) 4. More mobile. If you have to change work places often like in construction it is a lot easier to move around. Intercultural 1. Body gestures. 2. Dont speak loud.
